Hi! I’m Rajvinder (she/they) and am honoured for the opportunity to work with you as you navigate this period of personal exploration and growth.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), my approach is non-authoritarian, relational, and casual; you are the expert on yourself, and I trust you have the innate strength and resources to create the life you want. This comes from a lifetime of witnessing strength and resilience through countless unexpected life challenges.
My transition to parenthood was one of the hardest times of my life and inspired me to become a midwife. I have always valued holistic care and hoped to contribute to a gentler transition for families. I pivoted to study psychotherapy after developing a disabling health condition, guided by my commitment to holistic healthcare.
As a BIPOC cis-presenting woman who has navigated the bicultural experience as a child of immigrants and identity issues related to personal growth, changing roles, and life circumstances, I understand how overwhelming it can be to manage the different thoughts and emotions that come up.
My aim is to create a brave space where you feel comfortable being vulnerable and exploring all the different parts of yourself.
